Imagine having a day dedicated to YOU to take your Ideas and turn them into Income.

Using S.T.A.R.R. Formula, a step-by-step process, I will take you from idea to implementation, helping you create a personal branded online business that works on autopilot, so that you can stand out authentically, share your message, leverage your expertise and rock online, giving you the ability to create more freedom and flexibility in your life and create financial independence.

★ BRANDED ELEMENTS IN A DAY:

Say goodbye to mismatched graphics and templates and hello to beautifully branded documents and graphics that set client expectations and boundaries.

During this BYOB Day, I will completely transform your social media graphics and pdfs into cohesive and on brand designs that will inspire and delight.

By the end of the day you will have Facebook Covers, Instagram Templates, Pinterest Templates, Email Signatures, PDFs (5-8 pages), Newsletter Headers, and other social media graphics, all on brand.

BYOB DAY APPLICATION

This will allow you to share exactly what you are looking for with your brand and design needs.

RESERVE YOUR BYOB DAY

Choose a date on my calendar that works with your schedule when you know you can be virtually available throughout the day.

After paying the 50% non-refundable deposit, you will receive a welcome email with the link to book your Pre BYOB Day call and a link to a dropbox or drive folder to start adding your deliverables into for me (which I’ll review on our call).

THE BYOB DAY

This day is completely dedicated to YOU.

I ask that you are always available (via email, whatsapp, etc) for feedback, revisions and approval in real time, to keep things efficient and progressing and to keep the project on track.

PRE BYOB DAY

You'll receive a working 'to-do' list from me and any other final questions (about your brand or copy/content provided in the appllication).

AFTERCARE SUPPORT

All of my BYOB Days come with 1 hour of aftercare support.

This means if you require any additional edits, then you can use that hour within one week after your BYOB Day.

WELCOME PACK

Shortly after paying your non-refundable 50% deposit and booking your Pre BYOB Day call, you can expect to receive your welcome pack via email, which is a digital document that consists of useful information to guide you through the BYOB Day process.

Inside your pack, you will receive:

★ A personal welcome note from me

★ An overview of our BYOB Day schedule (for the BYOB - Business In A Day)

★ A list of all the design tasks you have requested in order of priority (for the BYOB - Branded Elements Day)

★ An invitation to your private BYOB WhatsApp group

★ Resources and other relevant info

WHATSAPP GROUP

Prior to our BYOB Day together, I will invite you to your virtual BYOB lounge, aka private WhatsApp group – specifically created so that we can communicate about all things related to your upcoming BYOB Day.

I will check in with you to make sure you are prepared and have all the assets we need prior to our BYOB Day.

A full BYOB Day is 6 hours. I will work through your list as quickly as possible, sending regular updates and screenshots via WhatsApp for your feedback and approval.

To keep your project moving, and optimise the time booked, I will require you to be available during these hours.

At the end of the day, I will email across your thank you pack – which will have links to all your new artwork files, etc.

★ CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU IF I’M IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE?

Absolutely! I will always try to be as accommodating as I can to my international clients.

BYOB Days are a full 6 hours, with a half-hour break. I am based in Mauritius, and am flexible with my time (within reason). If you do not find a time in my calendar which suits you, we can look for a time that is suitable for us both, or have the option of splitting the BYOB Day into two half-day sessions. We can discuss your situation further by email, a free discovery call, or during our Pre BYOB Day call.

PLEASE NOTE: If you’re an international client based in a different time zone, your availability, responsiveness, feedback, and decisiveness during your BYOB Day will also impact what is accomplished during the experience.

★ WHY A FLAT RATE VS AN HOURLY RATE?

By working together through a day rate model, we are able to streamline your project and produce results quickly and efficiently. The compressed timeline means less project management and back and forth and more time focusing completely on the work. I block a full day to focus 100% on your project and with fast communication, we can work through feedback and approvals much more quickly.

★ WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once your BYOB Day is booked into my calendar.

The remainder of the amount must be paid prior to your upcoming BYOB Day. Failure to do so means that you will lose your spot and your BYOB Day will be cancelled.

★ CAN YOU CREATE MY ARTWORK IN CANVA?

Absolutely!

I will always recommend to my BYOB clients that we should create their artwork inside Canva.

Why?...Because this gives you the freedom to be able to edit or update your own artwork at a later stage, without having to hire a graphic designer again, to do it for you – saving you money and time.

All I will need is your log-in details for your Canva account, which I will mention during our Pre BYOB Day call.

★ WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY CLIENT VIP DAY?

If you need to reschedule your BYOB Day – no worries, I understand life happens!

Ideally, please could you give me at least 7 days notice, so that gives me a chance to reshuffle my diary around to fit you in at a later date and bring another BYOB client forward off the waiting list.

However, since I only do BYOB Days on certain days of the week, the next availability may be a month or more away.

For cancellations, there are no refunds except for extenuating circumstances.

★ WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO PREPARE FOR A BYOB DAY?

During our Pre BYOB Day call, I will advise you on what you need to do to prepare and I will write up a checklist inside your welcome pack too. However, it will mostly come down to providing images and word copy. On the day itself, I will need you to be readily available over WhatsApp, so that we stay on track.
